CHAPTER 3 - INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

Cost of Sales Report

 

The Cost of Sales Report shows you the percentage of the cost of the products based on receiving for that period. The sales figures on this report exclude Waste & No Show items, but include Coupons.

 

  1. Category (Refer to the inventory item details report).
  2. Sales (Total net food sales for the period).
  3. Cost (Total cost for the inventory category). 
  4. Rate (Cost of category divided by sales X 100; Total cost of the category as a percentage of total sales).
  5. % Of Cost (Cost of sub category divided by cost of category X 100).
  6. % Of Sale (Cost of sub category divided by sales X 100).
  7. Category (Name of the sub category).
